Guesthouse Timotesubani is located in Timotesubani village of the Borjomi district , on the northern slope of the Trialeti Range, at an elevation of 1100 m.
Medium mountain climate prevails. Guesthouse is located 100 meters from the 12-13 century Church of the Assumption. At the same village there are the cave houses, which presumably were built in the Middle Ages. Timotesubani is 17km from Borjomi while Tsaghveri is in 3 km.
The road the guesthouse is in good condition, it will take about 2 hours from Tbilisi, 40 minutes from Khashuri, 2 hours from Kutaisi and 4 hours from Batumi.
Guesthouse is located in an ecologically clean environment, at foot of the mountain "Gvirgvina", surrounded by pine and spruce forest.
Nice yard is comfortable for kids as well as adults. It is possible to arrange a barbecue.
