All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using extra beds.</p> <p>All chirdren above 4 years and under 12 years are charged half the price in GEL per person per night for extra bed.<br />All chirdren above 12 years and adults are charged GEL 10 less then the original price per person per night for extra bed.</p> <p> </p> <p>The number of extra beds by a room's type is:</p> <ul><li>Single Room ( with a bath) - There is no capacity for extra beds!</li> <li>Double Room (with a bath) - The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1 bed for child or for adult!</li> <li>Twin Room (with a bath) - The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1 bed for child or for adult! Additionally 1 adult or child can be placed on a folding sofa.</li> <li>Family Suite room (with a bathroom) - There is no capacity for extra beds!</li> <li>Triple Room (without bathroom) - There is no capacity for extra beds!</li> <li>Family Suite room (without bath) - There is no capacity for extra beds!</li> <li>Twin room (without bathroom) - There is no capacity for extra beds!</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.</p> <p> </p>

Policies & Disclaimers

<p>90% of the deposit paid on the website will be refunded in case of booking cancellation 30 or more days prior to Check-in, otherwise when cancelling booking later than 30 days prior to Check-in the paid deposit is non refundable.</p> <p>15% of the total cost of the order must be paid on the website to complete the reservation.<br />The remainder of the cost is charged in place while receiving the service.</p> <p> </p>
