This house is more than a hundred years old, it was dismantled in 1925 and reassembled in Sachkhere. We have a very old wine cellar that was built before the construction of the house, in which there are two oldest wooden presses.
In the courtyard there are centuries-old walnut trees, and a beautiful view is around. This building always attracted guests, Georgian cinema "Imereti wedding" was shot here, where Ms. Cecilia Takaishvili plays as well as many other documentaries.
The rooms do not have private bathrooms. All guests can use the shared bathroom / bathrooms. There is a shared kitchen, where guests can cook for themselves.Guesthouse features

- "twin room with shared bathroom" - The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1 child's or 1 adult bed
- "3 persons room with shared bathroom" - The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 4 children's or 4 adult beds. Also - a fold-able sofa may be used as an extra bed by 4 children or adults!
The cost of all children placed on an individual, existing beds should be paid on the website (when booking).
Extra beds cost is not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A deposit amount, which is 15% of the total booking cost must be paid on the website to complete the reservation. The remainder is charged at the property, while receiving the service. It's also possible to pay the total cost on the website. In this case there won't be any cost to be paid at the property.100% of the deposit paid on the website will be refunded in case of booking cancellation 3 or more days prior to Check-in, otherwise when cancelling booking later than 3 days prior to Check-in the paid deposit is non refundable except as otherwise provided by law.
